Why Osteopathy?

While exploring different approaches to treatment and recovery, Joe tried a variety of modalities in search of something that could better address pain and movement limitations. It was through this process that he discovered osteopathy and experienced firsthand how effective its gentle, whole-body approach could be.

He was drawn to the way osteopathic care searches beyond the area where symptoms are felt, considering how different parts of the body work together and how those relationships can influence movement and function.

Experiencing the difference this approach made inspired Joe to change career paths and pursue osteopathy professionally. Today, his background in movement, strength and athletics continues to inform the way he approaches each person and their individual goals.
